Statement on Availability of replacement parts, repair services, and information necessary to maintain or repair Television, Mobile Phone, Tablets, Window Air Conditioners, Portable and Through-The-Wall Air Conditioners, HVAC or Mini-Split Systems, Refrigerators, Mini-fridges, Beverage Chillers, Wine Chillers, Wine & Beverage Chillers and Freezer chests (“Products”).
TCL guarantees the availability of repair services for the Products for the defined duration of years below after purchase and all information necessary to maintain or repair this product but does not currently guarantee the availability of spare parts.

Pursuant to Rule 29, TCL shall provide Quebec consumers with the required warranty of “good working order” for a period of six years from the date of purchase for all HVAC products and shall comply with Rule 29 in all relevant respects. TCL’s limited warranty statement shall apply in all other respects.
