RESOLVED: Software issues with TCL 6-Series TVs featuring Google TV
With the launch of TCL’s new 6-Series featuring Google TV, some users reported concerns about the stability of select streaming services. At TCL, we are committed to delivering premium products with world-class customer experience and therefore, with a new software update released to 6-Series TVs featuring Google TV in the week of September 12, 2021, the performance of this model now better reflects the excellent experience our customers are used to. You can now stream movies and TV shows from the DIRECTV NOW channel!
During this early launch, DIRECTV NOW will be available on selected TCL Roku TVs.
