Prior to using the remote control, make sure to remove the plastic tab as shown below.

To replace the battery, open the compartment by pressing the plastic trigger clip, then pull the the compartment out.

Remove the old battery and replace only with a new or unused battery.

Seat the battery and push the compartment to lock in place.  You should hear a click to ensure it has been secured properly.

Below are the quick step-by-step instructions on how to pair or re-pair the wireless subwoofer with the main sound bar unit.

1. Power on the sound bar and subwoofer.
2. Press the toggle switch to “ON”.
3. Quickly press on the Sound Bar twice.
4. When the flashing LED light turns to solid, 
   Pairing is successful.

You can stream music from your mobile device via Bluetooth.

1. Press the power button of the Sound Bar.
2. Press to enable Bluetooth mode.  Note: This is the default when the sound bar powers on.
3. Select TCL S522W on your phone.
   •  You hear a sound signal.
   • Pairing is successful.
4. If you want to pair with another phone or device:
   • Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the sound bar or the Play/Pause button on your remote control to disconnect the current device.
   • And then select TCL S522W phone or device.
     • You hear a sound signal.
     • Pairing is successful.
