Troubleshooting
BrowseHere isn’t on my TCL TV
- Confirm your TV is a TCL Google TV / Android TV model. BrowseHere isn’t supported on TCL Roku TVs.
- Check Google Play Store again and search “BrowseHere.”
- Restart your TV, then try the search again.
Websites don’t load or are slow
- Make sure your TV is connected to the internet.
- Try a different website (some pages don’t display well on TV browsers).
- Close and reopen BrowseHere, or restart the TV.
A video won’t play in the browser
Some websites restrict playback in browsers. If a video won’t play, try another source or use a dedicated streaming app when available.
