With the launch of TCL’s new 6-Series featuring Google TV, some users reported concerns about the stability of select streaming services. At TCL, we are committed to delivering premium products with world-class customer experience and therefore, with a new software update released to 6-Series TVs featuring Google TV in the week of September 12, 2021, the performance of this model now better reflects the excellent experience our customers are used to.
